i had booked with Booking.com a spa suite but upon arrival they didnt have me in the system for spa suite but the guy at the front desk Jorge was able to help me out and get me into the room i had reserved he was a great help

We enjoyed our entire stay. The staff was outstanding and housekeeping came every day. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and informed him how comfortable and pleasant my stay was. The location is great.

Location was great, beach location was convenient & had plenty of chairs, interior of room was clean, we had a rooftop terrace which was a nice outdoor space, room was advertised as a partial ocean view & that's exactly what we had, bed was decent & layout of the room was nice with kitchenette & living room area, restaurant food was tasty (though expensive)

I really like the way the front desk staff are so attentive to all of your needs. They even learned my name and would call me by name when they would see me in the lobby. The housekeeping staff are very friendly as well and do a wonderful job of freshening up the room. The pool is a little small at the facility so if you are going for the pool I would definitely suggest you use a different pool than the one at that Resort.

the room was standard. toilet barley flush. shower i was standing in water not okay, bed poorly made no mattress pad only sheet. the gym was a joke no wall only blue tarp, broken treadmill with yellow caution tape what. a hazard. no free breakfast or discount cocktail. the receptionist very bad attitude her customer service skill sucks!! she has charge my credit card $1400. I will investigate the charges first and last time staying there.
